Avocado and eggs salad

One of my favourite salads is the avocado and egg salad. The salad is simple enough to make and very healthy. You can create countless recipes with avocado for every taste.

Despite its high fat content, avocados are considered a dietary food. The fruit has a huge number of advantages, which makes it an almost irreplaceable product. Avocados are high in potassium, serves as a source of healthy fats, rich in fiber and useful for dietary nutrition, lowers cholesterol and triglyceride levels, accelerates the absorption of nutrients, packed with antioxidants. Especially at a time when our immune system must be strong than ever, this is very important!

A few tips to make this receipt:

1. How do you know if an avocado is ripe? Just take it in your palm and squeeze it gently. Ready-to-eat avocados will be firm. But do not squeeze it with your fingers – this can cause bruising.

2. Since this is such a simple salad, presentation means a lot. Therefore, try to cut all the ingredients to approximately the same size.

3. Boil an egg in boiled water for only 10 minutes.

Ingredients for salad :

• 1 avocado – diced
• 1 egg – diced
• 6 cherry tomatoes
• chives – chopped
• 1tbs lemon juice
• salt
• pepper
• 2tbs olive oil or avocado oil.

• Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Add to a bowl.
• Peel the avocado, cut in half and scroll until you can split the avocado in half and remove easy seed. Cut the avocado into cubes and place in a bowl.
• Slice the egg. And to a bowl.
• Chop the onion finely and add to a bowl.
• Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper and salt – pour over salad.
• Toss gently so the egg and avocado don’t break up. Serve immediately!
